1. Refund Policy

Bandhan Saathi is committed to providing the best matrimonial services to its customers. However, once a user subscribes to our paid membership plan, the payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances. The user is expected to read all the terms and conditions before making a payment.

When can you claim a refund?

A refund will only be provided in the following cases:

• If you made a duplicate payment by mistake.
• If you did not receive access to premium services after successful payment.
• If the services were not provided as promised or there was a technical error.

👉 **Note:** Refund requests must be raised within 72 hours of the payment. 👉 Any refund requests after this period will not be entertained.

How will you receive your refund?

2. Cancellation Policy

If you have subscribed to our premium membership and want to cancel the service, you can do so anytime by contacting our support team. However, the cancellation will not make you eligible for any refund of the already paid amount.

Cancellation Process:

• Send an email to support@bandhansathi.com mentioning your registered email, phone number, and reason for cancellation.
• Our support team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your cancellation.
• After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free membership plan.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once availed:

• Profile verification services.
• Premium membership fees.
• Chat/Call services with other users.
• Profile boosting services.

Once you have used any of these services, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
